On-Campus Apartments
Accommodate your whole family or friend group with these four-room, six-bed apartments or two-room, three-bed apartments in Porter & Kresge College. Apartments feature shared common areas, including living and dining rooms, a kitchen with a refrigerator, and a shared bathroom.

On-Campus Dorms
Rent one (or more) dorm rooms in a traditional residence hall in Porter College. Dorm rooms are in a shared building with fellow alumni guests. Restrooms (including showers) are all-gendered on each floor.
Single Room: $85/night
Double Room: $145/night
Triple Room: $200/night
*Please Note: Dorm room-style housing is restricted to guests aged 18 and older due to safety considerations. Guests of all ages are welcome to stay in the apartment-style housing options.

Housing Details & Guidelines
Housing Details
- Housing options are priced per night – arrive as early as Thursday, August 15th, and depart as late as Monday, August 19th.
- Check-in: between 8 AM and 8 PM on the day of arrival, Check-out: 12 noon on the day of departure
- 25% of the cost is due upon booking and full payment is required 14 days from your check-in date.
- Dorm room-style housing is restricted to guests aged 18 and older due to safety considerations. However, guests of all ages are welcome to stay in the apartment-style housing options.
- Most apartments are two stories with the front door leading to stairs. Dorms are located in large buildings with elevator access. Most doubles include one room with a bunk bed. If you require accessible housing accommodations, please indicate so during registration or contact us at alumni@ucsc.edu after booking
Cancellation Policy
- Cancellations with at least two weeks’ notice will receive a refund minus a 6% fee
- Cancellations less than two weeks will be charged a $50 and a 6% fee
- Cancellations without at least 72-hour notice will be charged one night’s accommodation and 6% fee

Small (2 rooms; 3 beds): $215/night
Large (4 rooms; 6 beds): $415/night
- 1 linen packet per bed is included (two flat sheets, two blankets, one pillow, two bath towels, one washcloth). Please note these accommodations are in true “dorm-style.” We encourage guests to explore our suggested packing list for a more comfortable stay.
- All apartments have some rooms with two beds (aka doubles) in a bunk-bed arrangement
- Most apartments are two stories, with the front door leading to stairs.
