Election of Alumni Councilors Has Ended

Tuesday, May 17, 2022 through Monday, May 23, 2022 12:00 p.m. (PDT)

All Members of the UC Santa Cruz Alumni Association were emailed a unique link to an electronic ballot for the election of Alumni Councilors on Tuesday, May 17, 2022, when the election began. If you were a Member of the UC Santa Cruz Alumni Association at least seven business days prior to the electronic ballot being sent, you are eligible to vote. Please refer to the UC Santa Cruz Alumni Association Amended and Restated Bylaws, Article III (Membership), Section 3.1. (Members), for a definition of Members who may vote for the election of Alumni Councilors.

The links to the electronic ballots distributed via email are unique to each Member. They cannot be forwarded or shared. If you did not receive the email with a link to your ballot, please contact alumnicouncil@ucsc.edu.The election closes on Monday, May 23, 2022 at 12:00 p.m. (PDT). Any ballots submitted after this time cannot be counted. 


An Inspector of Elections will determine quorum and the authenticity, validity and effect of votes and ballots; count and tabulate all votes; and determine the result of the election. Election results will be posted on the Alumni Council website by July 1, 2022.
